1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using any part of the hijau888 platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hijau888 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.
The Malay version of this document is the primary reference version for Malaysian users. Should there be any discrepancy between different language versions, the interpretation that reflects the original intent of hijau888 will apply.
hijau888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you accept the updated terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Minimum Age
The hijau888 platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. Any individual below that age is strictly prohibited from registering or using our services in any form whatsoever.
⚠️ hijau888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be suspended and account balances will be forfeited according to established procedures.
2.2 One Account Per Individual
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different details — is a breach of these terms. hijau888 reserves the right to suspend or delete all duplicate accounts without any compensation.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and in your account is complete, accurate and up to date. Required information includes your full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad), an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
False or misleading information may result in the account being suspended and funds being unable to be processed for withdrawal. hijau888 may require an identity verification process at any time, particularly before processing high-value withdrawals.
2.4 Geographic Exclusions
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting activities do not violate any laws or regulations in force in their area of residence. hijau888 makes no representation or warranty regarding compliance with users' local laws.
3. Account Usage & Security
3.1 Security Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your hijau888 account. This includes protecting your password, login details and any sensitive information related to your account from third parties.
Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms, and change your password regularly for better security.
3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access
If you suspect or become aware that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the hijau888 support team immediately via live chat or email. hijau888 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that is not reported within a reasonable time.
3.3 Prohibition on Account Transfers
A hijau888 account may not be transferred, sold, shared or distributed to any third party under any circumstances. Accounts may only be used by the registered owner. Any attempt to transfer an account or its associated rights is automatically void.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
hijau888 supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.
4.2 Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit accepted is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.
4.3 Processing Time
Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is submitted and account verification is complete. Processing time may vary depending on system load and additional verification requirements.
4.4 Withdrawal Compliance
All withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the name of the hijau888 account holder. hijau888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity.
Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only funds that have fulfilled all rollover requirements may be requested for withdrawal.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus requires the fulfilment of a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, giving a total balance of RM200. To meet the wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling RM1,500 (i.e. RM100 × 15). If your deposit is RM800, the maximum bonus is RM300, making your balance RM1,100, and the wagering requirement is RM4,500 (i.e. RM300 × 15).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the promotion.
- hijau888 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period set by the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after that period.
5.3 VIP Programme
The hijau888 loyalty programme offers five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier comes with a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.2% for Bronze members to up to 0.8% for Diamond members. Members can move up tiers based on their ongoing gaming activity on the hijau888 platform.
6. General Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
All bets accepted and confirmed by the hijau888 system are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, except in specific technical circumstances that prevent a bet from being settled fairly. Game results generated by the hijau888 system are final and binding.
6.2 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, system disruption, or significant inaccuracy in the display of odds or game information, hijau888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the stake to the relevant member's account. Decisions made by hijau888 in such cases are final.
6.3 Member Responsibilities
Members are fully responsible for all betting decisions made within their accounts. hijau888 is not liable for any losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect information or a misunderstanding of game rules.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on the hijau888 platform and may result in account suspension or termination, as well as forfeiture of any remaining balance:
- Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register.
- Using automation software, bots, multi-account management tools, or any other unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games.
- Manipulating the bonus system through intentional hedging between two or more accounts.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to use your account.
- Depositing funds from unlawful sources or engaging in any money laundering activity.
- Abusing promotions or exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about hijau888 or its services.
hijau888 uses advanced detection systems to identify suspicious behaviour. Any activity that breaches these terms will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken, including permanent account termination.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Voluntary Closure
Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the hijau888 support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements must be met and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures.
8.2 Closure Due to Breach
hijau888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of serious breach, the balance in the relevant account may be fully forfeited without any compensation.
8.3 Temporary Suspension
An account may be temporarily suspended during identity verification, an investigation into suspicious activity, or at the request of a law enforcement agency. hijau888 will notify the relevant member of the temporary suspension through appropriate channels where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, hijau888 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, damages, or costs arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
The hijau888 platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or adequacy of the content and services provided.
hijau888 is not liable for any service disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, communication failures, government actions, or third-party failures.
hijau888's total liability to any member will not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
10.1 Right to Amend
hijau888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the member's responsibility to review this page regularly to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction that regulates hijau888's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, or through a competent tribunal under the relevant jurisdiction.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision will be considered severed from the rest of this agreement, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
